Energetic works with you to determine the best balance of power sales categories, reserve power generation, and battery storage for onsite Microgrid use and power sales into the larger electricity grid. For rooftop solar installations, in many cases we can pay for a new roof as part of the solar installation. Energetic will also assess your power purchases for opportunities to broker cheaper rates. 

For power generation, Energetic contracts with you to either lease space on your property, or pay you a royalty, or a combination of both, for the use of your property to generate electricity sales. 

One fraction of the power generation will be sold into long-term wholesale contracts. Another fraction will be held for short term contract sales, and also be available to pivot into onsite behind-the-meter use, either by a tenant or you as the property owner.
